Tennis Court Reservations

Court Reservations

We have a new Court Reservation system which allows for greater flexibility and less manual intervention. Please see below for instructions on how to book. We recognize that is will take some getting used to so please feel free to ask a member of the Tennis Committee if you have any questions.

To see the upcoming week’s court bookings please click on the blue button below to see the Tennis Court calendar. Note that some court times will be unavailable due to Junior Clinics and Women’s Doubles (Mondays, 9-11am; just come along!)

How to book a tennis court

A court may be reserved no more than a week in advance of the day of play using the reservation system. To book, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on either the East or West court, select for one hour or a half an hour and click Book

  2. The next seven days will then be displayed

  3. Click on the day/date you wish to reserve and the available times will be shown below. If you don’t see the time you require that means the court is already reserved.. You can go back and select the other court to check if available or go to the Court Reservation calendar to see court availability

  4. You will need to fill out the booking form with your First Name, Last Name and Email each time you book and will receive an email confirmation

Reservations are limited to one hour a day per family. Please be considerate and do not sign up for the same hour of play each day

As a courtesy, if you have signed up but are unable to play, please cancel your reservation using the “Cancel Appointment” option in your reservation confirmation email.

If you are more than ten minutes late for your court, your reservation may be forfeited

Guests are welcome to play with a member present

There is no need to sweep after play unless otherwise posted. Court maintenance takes place each morning with the courts ready for play at 8am. Evening sweeping takes place about 7pm, after which the courts are closed for the night.

Parking

In the interest of safety and out of respect for our neighbours, we kindly ask that you make every effort to walk or cycle to the courts. If you must drive, please drive very slowly on Tennis Court Road, and be especially alert to children, pets and others who may be using the road. Also, please park only on the court side of the road and efficiently to allow space for other cars.
